Community Engagement Systems, Programs, and Experiences
Whether an existing initiative needs to work better or a new idea needs structure to become real, the process begins by understanding what is already there.
Services can address a specific problem through an audit, redesign an existing structure, develop a new program, build a community engagement function, or create an experience designed for meaningful participation.
-
For organizations that already have programs, events, spaces, or engagement efforts in place and want to understand what is working, what is missing, and where there is room to do more.
I examine the existing experience from the perspective of the people participating in it, as well as the resources and relationships behind it.
The scope can include:
• Existing programs and events
• Participant experience
• Engagement opportunities
• Available spaces and resources
• Existing partnerships
• Barriers to participation
• Untapped opportunities
• Areas for expansion or redesignYou receive: an Audit & Opportunity Report with findings, priorities, and specific recommendations for what to change, add, remove, or develop next.
This does not include: implementation or rebuilding the program itself.
Starting at $3,500
-
Event & Experience Design
Starting at $4,500For organizations creating an event, retreat, summit, fundraiser, or immersive experience that needs the participant experience designed from the ground up.
This work focuses on what people experience, participate in, and take away from the event. It does not replace traditional event planning or logistical coordination.
The scope can include:
• Experience concept
• Participant journey
• Event flow
• Activities and interactive elements
• Programming
• Partner and contributor roles
• Engagement opportunities
• Run of show structure
• Participant materialsYou receive: a complete Experience Design Playbook outlining the participant journey, programming, activities, engagement points, event flow, roles, and execution structure for your event team, planner, or producer.
Retreats, summits, and multi day immersive experiences begin here.
Optional: Facilitation, staff training, and implementation support can be added.
A note on scope: my role is focused on what happens inside the experience, the programming, activities, participant roles, interaction, and structure. Logistical event planning such as catering, room blocks, venue booking, and vendor coordination is outside the scope.

Program & Event Concept Development
Fixed Fee: $750Whether you are developing a new idea or have an existing program, event, or initiative and are unsure what kind of support it needs, this is a focused starting point.
We will clarify the purpose, goals, audience, current direction, and what you are trying to accomplish. From there, we will identify the most appropriate next step for the project.
You receive: a written Concept Brief capturing the direction discussed, the key questions to address, and a recommended next step.
This is not an audit or assessment of an existing program. It does not include a review of program performance, participant data, partnerships, facilities, or existing operations.
If a deeper assessment is needed, the next step may be a Program & Engagement Audit.
If you move forward into a larger design engagement, the $750 fee is credited toward the project scope.
