If you are responsible for something you care about and there is a problem to solve, an idea to develop, a need to respond to, or a possibility you want to explore, I want to hear what you are seeing.

Tell me about the organization, the people or place involved, what matters to you, what is happening now, and what you would like to be different. It does not need to fit neatly into a service or arrive with a solution attached. Reference Point begins by understanding the situation and determining what is worth developing from there.

And if the best way you can explain it starts with “Okay, this is weird, but…” that is a perfectly good place to start.
