Right now, this work is mediation, facilitation, and workshops: helping people and communities find the connection point when they're stuck.

I hope this is useful. And if it is, I hope it grows beyond me into other facilitators, other communities, other people who find pieces of this I haven't seen yet and build on them.

A bridge connects what exists today. A pathway carries what comes next. Both begin with understanding where we truly are.
