Working Together
If you are responsible for something you care about and there is a problem to solve, an idea to develop, a need to respond to, or a possibility you keep thinking about, I want to hear what you are seeing.
Tell me about the organization, the people, animals, or place involved, what matters to you, what is happening now, and what you would like to be different. You do not need to know exactly what the answer is or what kind of project it might become. It does not need to fit neatly into a service, and you do not need to turn it into a polished proposal before reaching out.
We can start with the situation itself. What is happening? Who is involved? What have you already tried? What feels stuck? What do you have to work with? What might be possible? From there, we can begin to understand whether there is something worth developing and what it might need in order to actually work.
And if the best way you can explain it starts with “Okay, this is weird, but…” even better. That is actually one of my favorite places to start.
